BUSINESS PROFILE

Locally owned, family style Italian restaurants with bar, dining room and banquet room at each location (for private functions up to 60 people in Applewood, 25 people in our semi-private room in Cherry Creek).  Steve Progar, executive chef, attended and graduated from the Culinary Institute in New York.

 

Gluten-free menu available every day.

 

SERVICES

Best Damn Italian Food Period including a gluten-free menu, catering including delivery service, offsite services as well as onsite in our banquet rooms. We have pizza, kids meals, and an extensive wine selection. We have space for banquets up to 60 people in Applewood and a semi-private room for 25 people in Cherry Creek. We service rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, engagement parties, birthday parties, family reunions, anniversaries, retirements, holiday gatherings, office parties, business meetings, private chef dinners, private wine dinners, and more.

Abrusci’s Italian Restaurant (pronounced uh•brew•sees or uh•brew•shees) was established by Applewood natives Jeff and Steve Progar in the year 2000.  Our second restaurant, in north Cherry Creek, was opened in April of 2010. Nancy works overseeing both locations, supporting business development, marketing, catering, human resources and back office.

 

Nancy spent most of her career with IBM and related software companies before opening Abrusci’s with her husband, Jeff and his brother Steve.
